Message History

This feature reports SMS messages ever sent. This covers both applicants and students.

✑  From the OSIS sidebar, Click on the Message History link under Messaging.

From the top right of the Message History page, there are three(3) buttons, Home, Find Message, and Export SMS History.

Click on the Find Message button to find a sent SMS message. It has the following fields;

  • Recipient Type: The type of the receiver. Choose either Student or Applicant
  • Phone: The number of the applicant/student
  • Program: The program of the applicant/student
  • Date: The date the message was sent

 ✑ Click on Find Message to find the message history of the applicant(s) or student(s). 

✑  Click on Reset to clear all fields

 ✑ Click on Close to cancel the process

Providing no parameters for the search will return messages ever sent.

A sample of what the search results look like

✑ Click on Export SMS History to export the results into an Excel Sheet.

The home button becomes useful when you want to return to the main page after you’ve searched and want to go back.
