Graduation Cohort

Upon accessing the Graduation Cohort page, users are greeted with a list of existing cohorts. The header contains two main actions: Add Cohort and Find Cohort.

Clicking on the Add Cohort button opens a modal requiring the following fields:

  • Cohort (Text Input) – Required
  • Status (Dropdown Selection – Active/Inactive)

Users must enter a cohort name before saving.

Clicking on the Find Cohort button opens a modal that allows users to search for cohorts. No fields are required.

Each cohort entry has an Actions column with a Modify button. Clicking the Modify button presents two options:

  1. Edit Cohort – Opens the same modal as “Find Cohort,” allowing users to update cohort details. No fields are required when editing.
  2. Delete Cohort – Opens a confirmation modal asking the user to confirm deletion before proceeding.
