Dashboard
The OSIS dashboard has a neat User Interface that displays a summary of activities and processes in OSIS in relation to the user’s privileges. These activities and processes have been categorized into four (4) major display fields as follows;
A. Active Semesters: This feature shows the active semester and also provides a quick button at the top to Manage Semesters and also another button to End Semester.
B. Registration Stats: Stats is short for Statistics. This feature provides a dropdown menu at the top for the user to select the semester for which they want to see stats. This gives or shows a view of all the Students Registered, and Registrations in Progress for the selected semester.
C. Fee Payment Stats: This feature provides a dropdown menu at the top for the user to select their Billing Period which gives or shows a view of all Fees Billed, and also Fees Paid within the specified periods.
D. System Configuration Status: This field mainly gives information count about the processes running under the following major links on OSIS.
